Sunshine and showers.

We have at least had some sunshine today after what was just awful weather yesterday. A gentle dog walk along Goit Stock this morning with Debbie and Trevor and then we went off to The Grouse to meet Miss H and G for lunch.

A lovely time was had by all, and now they are heading back down south, and Miss H and G back west.

Spent 5 minutes in the garden admiring the amount of bees on the chive flowers, and took a couple of snapshots of various flowers. This cranesbill looked lovely in the sunlight (while it lasted) especially with the geum poking its flash of red through, so decided that was my blip for the day.

A lovely weekend, now ready for the week ahead.
