Rain clouds

The day started damp and grey - we had several short showers so not pleasant. I stayed inside doing chores!
My neighbour's daughter had said she was playing in a cricket match this afternoon so I headed off to watch and see if there were any photo opportunities but the pitch was too wet so nothing happening - match abandoned.
However, by about 3.00 pm the sun was trying to shine so I took a stroll enjoying the fresh air - the tide was out so I could wander along the shore line. The main blip shows the black clouds over Appledore and the extra shows crow point and all the people on Northam Burrows over the other side of the river.
