The track over the top of Cown Edge

This morning's walk was a fine one with the rain arriving later.

I enjoyed seeing 20+ Swifts 9 ( with some Swallows),  listening to Curlew, Skylarks, Golden Plover and Lapwings on the Ludworth Moor side of Cown Edge.

Later it was sport on TV  mostly supporting India in the World Cup Cricket against an Australian team with much to prove.  India won this match by 36 runs so why is it that I still think Australia may win the Cup ?
