Look Again Festival

This is what is in the installation that I blipped yesterday. The building is the Maircat Cross an old meeting point in the city. The words on the wall of the installation are part of a poem that has been written in Doric.  It continues all the way round and is about someone whose Mum and Dad came to Aberdeen met each other and got married there.  There is another poem written on  card that is laid down in the middle where the poet went to the Multi Cultural Centre and asked people what they liked about Aberdeen and then put that into Doric as well. There are also stairs to the top of the installation where you can walk round and look at Aberdeen with fresh eyes as the guide was telling me.
