13th century bridge...

Today our third day of our five days trip to the Dutch southern province Limburg. We made a city-walk through down-town Maastricht, the capital of Limburg. We saw parts of the two city-walls Maastricht had in the years 1600-1900, visited some catholic churches (Maastricht is  probable the city with the most catholic  churches in the Netherlands) and saw this bridge over the river Maas from the 13th century... @ Maastricht, the Netherlands
