A brief and wondrous life

No class tuesday / thursday is absolutely fantastic. I try to get most of my work done on monday and wednesday night, so then I have the day free.

Today I woke up late, went to lunch, then went downtown to get a haircut. I don't really like getting haircuts at all, but when my hair gets long enough to be pony-tailed, then its time to cut it back down. The lady at the salon said that my hair "reminded her of jesus. If jesus wasn't black". I think this is the best hair related compliment I've ever received.

So now my hair is all short (relatively speaking), and it is kind of weird. I almost feel like less of a dirty college student now. Funny how outward appearance simultaneously represents and effects one's behavior.

Krissy got goldfish today. I miss having pets. Maybe I'll blip those at some point....

As far as the photo....still reading this book. Its really really good. I recommend it highly.
