Another day, another recipe

In addition to mince pies, I have decided to try making a Christmas cake for the family dinner we always have on the day after Christmas. My favourite part was to put the icing and all the decorations on.
The cake was enjoyed by parents, grand-parents and sister alike (as well as myself, of course). I'm happy!
