Cooking Class

Horrid photograph taken by good natured  husband.  Tonight we had friends over for dinner -- she does not like to cook, and rarely does, but was interested in our Instant Pot cooker, and how we liked it, so we had them up for a "cooking class".  Here you can see Allison and me whisking ingredients together in Stage 1 of the recipe.  Lots of fun (and Prosecco) was had by all, and no one went home hungry!
