London Eye

I got up really early yesterday morning (for a Sunday) and was down on the embankment by 8:15 in the hopes of seeing the hot air balloons that were to fly over London. Too late, they set off at 4:30am and l guess were back on the ground by the time l was looking for them. I did, however, spent a lovely 90 minutes pottering along the Embankment, in front of Parliament and over and back several bridges with the benefit of there being almost noone about - it was very quiet and really nice. The photo is taken looking across at the Millenium Wheel (London Eye), l have changed it to black and white as l was photoing straight into the sun.
Went to see the film Rocket Man, which we both enjoyed although l also found quite sad.
