The Eyes have it

Eye specialist today.  Some good news he is going to do a cataract removal in the next few weeks and I thought yippee I will be able to use my camera better again. He then proceeded to tell me it may not help and he may have to do further surgery that may be trickier. By this time I was feeling rather deflated and he said I want you to take this tablet until after the surgery and it will deplete your potassium levels. What next!! So I now have to eat lots of bananas and dates. Bananas O K but dates?, the only way I have ever eaten dates is in scones so lots of date laden scones coming up
