Production line......

......following yesterdays surplus-sage-from-the-bro-in-laws-allotment scenario. So far I've done a flavoured salt destined for the next batch of savoury popcorn (after I'd done a quick drying business in the microwave, which was surprisingly effective!), a large jar of sage-infused cider vinegar, ditto oil, a couple of bunches just 'hung out to dry' and more than a few trays of the above.....oh, and I gave lots away to the neighbours and my gardening recycling bin is full of stalks;-)
