London Skyline from Waterloo bridge

A fine Thursday evening in London.

A walk later in the evening happened on some music from Horsegaurds Parade and a distant view of the marching bands parading in from of the Duchess of Kent I think - not very clear as I was watching from a distance behind the parade ground in Green Park - but definitely strains of The British Grenadiers and The longest Day. The Marines were around somewhere and the bagpipes were marching too.

Presumably D-Day commemorations.
