Damp day

I was very glad that I went out for an early run this morning. The light and peacefulness made it for me. Back for breakfast and the weather went downhill from there.

Richard has been struggling with some new medication which does not seem to agree with him. An appointment with the nurse suggested he should have a break from it to see how he gets on. A pity they cannot seem to get hold of the original one he was prescribed. At least the podiatrist was able to help home with a foot problem. Hopefully he will be fit in time for our Orienteering holiday.
