Dublin Post Office

We had a walk down to 0’Connell St today. This is the Post Office which was the scene of the Easter Rising in 1916. The Irish volunteers wanted independence from Britain and there
are still bullet holes in the pillars.
I put a shot of the Ha’penny Bridge in extras.
We’re home again now.
