Loch Ard Forest

Despite the showery morning we decided to explore the Loch Ard Sculpture Trail.
Lovely walk along the shores of Loch Ard although disappointed with how few sculptures along this trail.
My extra shows the one at the carpark called Sol, which I thought was the most impressive of the sculptures set within the forest.
Drove along to Kinlochard and had lunch at a very nice cafe called The Wee Blether.
In the afternoon we went back to the the Lodge Forest Visitor Centre and walked the Oak Coppice Trail.
Lovely walk through an ancient oak woodland.
