Bootsmannsmaatenknoten

When I was searching a knot for Lauries Mono Monday theme "tie", I strumbled over the "Bootsmannsmaatenknoten".
In English it has the name bottle sling and that's what it is used for: 
It can  be used to create a handle for a glass or ceramic container with a slippery narrow neck, as long as the neck widens slightly near the top (wikipedia)
