Pentlands

It was a lovely day with sun nearly all day so that made a pleasant change. Initially it was warm, but in the late afternoon the wind increased from the east north east and it cooled off. We decided to go for a walk in the Pentlands so got the 4 bus to Hillend and walked over Caerketton and Allermuir, had lunch and then took the blip before heading on up Capelaw and Harbour Hill before heading to Juniper Green to get a 44 bus back into town. I’ve said it before, but we are lucky to have the Pentlands so close at hand, and so easy to get to on a bus.
