Ruckus on the lake.

I took my morning cup of coffee out on the deck and couldn't believe the splashing I was hearing.  I walked around until I could get a clear view of the lake and could see fish were spawning!  They were everywhere in the weeds and making such big splashes.  I kept thinking the eagles should be in the trees, but I'm guessing mother nature has it all timed perfectly and my guess is most of the eagles have flown north.

Today seemed to go by quickly, had to meet husband at his office and drive  into Portland for a funeral.  One of his partners mother passed.  We stopped for lunch on the way back to the office.  Then the grocery store and now it's time to start dinner.  Glad the I took the fish shots early this morning.
