Making Belgian Waffles

Yeast is this mysterious substance that is actually made of live creatures, I believe. This is the first time I got the temperature right when I use Fleischmann's active dry yeast - usually the water is either too hot or too cold, and that's something they don't like.

The waffles were delicious.
