... to Threshfield.
A lovely little no-through-road with a good climb into limestone scenery.

Some years ago it was treated to new tarmac and for a while was the most beautiful silky ride.  Last year it was gravelled and that's spoiled it a bit: how either treatment was cost-justified, I can't think.
