Today has actually been dry, which is lucky, because I hear other parts of the country have had more than their fair share of the wet stuff.

Thanks to D#2 offering to come and hold the fort, I have managed to organise travel to a 'funeral' up in Cromarty later in the week, as well as overnight accommodation. That has put my mind at rest.
