Elderflowers

Went to pick elderflowers for syrup after work. Had completely forgotten about picking any until a colleague mentioned that today.
I'll try a different recipe this year. The flowers are in a big pot in cold water now to infuse for 24 hours, after that to be drained and the water to be cooked with sugar and lemon.
I know what I will be doing tomorrow after work.
