Great Horned Owl ...

... held by Tom Ricardi, a local raptor rehabilitator. He gave a wonderful presentation, with nearly a dozen birds,  at tonight's gala celebration of the Hampshire Bird Club's 35th anniversary.  I'm posting in the afternoon--to get it up quickly I'll sign off now (we'll watch the U.S. women's team play their first match--against Thailand--of the Women's Soccer World Cup, played in France).
