Russell Lupins

Grown from seed last year. Hybridised from Lupinus podophyllus - a California native.
I was watering the garden earlier this evening and hoping to catch the lupins in the magical setting sunlight but the border lit up too briefly for me to put the hose down and get the I phone out of my pocket.
