It was this or the 18th hole - now in extras.
Mr Rat is at a ministers' conference in St Andrews for a couple of days. We both went over and had a walk along the beach, and these poppies were growing in the dunes. We also walked past the 18th green and watched 3 golfers finish their rounds.
When he'd gone I had a wander round the town and bought a book on the new Pilgrims' Way footpath (officially opening next month) which runs from the south Fife coast to St Andrews before returning home.
On the way back fromm the church prayer meeting there was a fuzzy rainbow with the red almost missing - very odd.
