"Kintyred"

A long but fabulous day on the Kintyre Peninsula. Starting with a drive down to Campbeltown. Where just around the headland to the causeway to Davaar which sports a cave painting of the crucifixion accessible at low tide. From there we continued along the road beyond Southend to Keil to see the Cave, St Columba's foot prints and Holly Well.
From there on to the Mull of Kintyre and climbed to a high point just lower than the trig point and took in the views see extra.
A long but spectacular and rewarding day! I will try and keep my eyes open long enough to comment......zzzz!
