Alnmouth

A different view of Alnmouth from Church Hill. Church Hill was part of the town untill a great storm on Christmas Day 1806 when the river broke through to form the channel that exists now. To reach Church Hill involved a 2.5 mile walk around the estuary. We then continued to walk south on the shore to Warkworth and caught a bus back to Alnmouth
