Jurassic Seaweed

We are having a few days in West Bay, Dorset on what is called the Jurassic Coast. This picture was taken at Hive Beach underneath some amazing Sandstone sheer cliffs that are constantly being eroded by the sea releasing a constant supply of fossils apparently. The brief beach combing was followed by a lunch of fish and chips at the aptly named and delightful Hive Beach Cafe. A walk back via the pretty village of Burton Bradstock followed by and ice cream in West Bay finished off a very pleasant day.
Oh, the weather is more like March than June all week!
