Surprised

Baaaaed at the sheep as I ran past this afternoon. One ran away and the other just looked at me like I was slightly bonkers and waited for me to pass. Very enjoyable running in the fresh fresh Cumbrian air. Lost track of time a little and ran just over 7.5kms.

Otherwise a lovely lazy day by the fire doing not very much at all. Bliss!
