Cat on the Prowl

There is a cat on the prowl in front of His Majesty's Theatre. This cat is quite seasonal since it only appears around this time of year. In fact this is a leopard, and two of them appear on the Aberdeen coat of arms.

This was my first walk into the city centre for a couple of weeks. It looks very busy for the sales. I headed for John Lewis and a fruit tart. There were queues at all the cash points, and a queue to get into the coffee bar. Luckily I arrived at a moment of comparative calm and was able to go straight in without having to wait. I also checked to ensure nothing I bought as part of my Christmas shopping was now reduced. Sigh of relief, I didn't see any of my purchases at a reduced price!
