Rainy Stowe

Not five minutes before this photo was taken we were sat on one of the tables with the umbrellas. Suddenly the skies darkened, the wind got up and, in my wisdom as a sage countrywoman I knew it was about to chuck it down.
And we nabbed the last table undercover before it was too late!
I walked over to Stowe with Archie and Mr K drove over a little later with the Little Misses. 
Lunch was delicious - vegetable curry with coconut milk. Mmmmmmm!!!! Pulled pork baps and bacon sandwiches for everyone else.
Then we had a lovely walk round the lakes, thankfully the shower had been a brief one and the sun had come back out.
Mr K took the Little Misses and Archie home in the car and I walked back into town via Stowe Avenue for the first time ever and then back up the hill home. It was a gorgeous walk. Apart from the last bit up the hill, that was rubbish!
Almost seven miles walked today, whoop whoop!!
