Tiny Tuesday ....

... tiny Eastern garter snake.  (We assume.)

I went this morning to pick up my new glasses ... more on that saga tomorrow.  When I returned home I took some macro pictures of some of our beautiful flowers as the theme for TT is Flowers. 

But then .... on our walk later in the evening I saw this lovely tiny garter snake at Housenick Park.  We had seen a chipmunk at this location at the beginning of our walk so we stopped again on the way back to the car.  That's when I saw the snake!  I love it!!!

Sorry, Lois, that there are no flowers in my shot today! But I couldn't resist posting this one!  I only wish I could have gotten a shot of his/her tongue out!
