The First Cut ...

Inspired by my blip from yesterday and determined not to spend another day indoors, I took myself off to Manchester Art Gallery. I went to see an exhibition of art created entirely from paper cutting. It was amazing and my photo does not really do it justice. The installation in the foreground is made from cutting up and 3-D'ing gardening catalogues. There was also a piece of work by Rob Ryan ( see yesterday's blip). Another one was a map of the world created by the bank notes of each country.
It's on until the end of January - so see it if you can.
Also, today is my 500th consecutive blip.
Later had nice time with Paula and Rachel here for tea.
