Quorn and sauteed vegetables

One of my favourite meals made with whatever vegetables are seasonable and a tomato-based sauce. Quorn is a micro-protein which contains high-quality protein (similar to that of skimmed milk), is low in energy, has a low unsaturated fat content, is cholesterol free and contains dietary fibre. I buy it frozen and just pop it in with the veg and sauce for slow cooking. However some people can have an allergic reaction.
