Stalking in the Wild by the wild

In an unusual place at the nearby greenbelt I saw this very very concentrated heron out stalking something in the grasses...and in the background a blackbird doing the same.....My first wild Wed. offering.

Quiet..on mission
I only have eyes for prey
Then my beak will strike!
