As the only line of defence against an alien invasion of Earth, SHADO (Silly Hair And Dodgy Outfits) continue to work secretly on our behalf to prevent our coiffure and couture falling into alien hands, assuming they have any. 

Well, it's not been much of an evening for cycling so I decided to see if I could still work the TV remote. I managed but there wasn't a lot to choose from.
