Abracadabread !

There is magic in breadmaking!
I was given a book for Christmas last year. I feel really quite proud of the fact that in three hours, without reading the book now, I can turn these simple ingredients into a delicious focaccia. I know it's not really magic, it's just chemistry isn't it? (And a little bit of biology I suppose, given that yeast is a living organism) but it's almost the same thing.

It's all gone now, vanished, almost in the blink of an eye. A disappearing trick par excellence :o)
