Serious boredom!

Well not really as what is not shown is the lorry delivering concrete into the dumpers. I just caught this whilst waiting at the traffic lights so technically I was breaking the law but don’t tell please.
Chaos in the centre today as temporary traffic lights meant the traffic which is never free flowing was brought almost to a complete standstill.
Not a lot achieved apart from working out how you tax a car which is already taxed. Change of ownership means the old tax is void and to be able to drive the vehicle it has to be taxed but it’s all to do with the 12 digit number on the new keeper form which apparently the DVLA's computer will understand....time will of course tell!
