Lofty Lupins, tranquil Wales and precious friends

I took an early train this morning, deep into Wales (Ceredigion) to stay with some dear friends who escaped the city and found themselves this little patch of rural bliss. Conversation flows, food is in abundance, there is a puppy to fuss over, and as she is my writing mentor, N and I have been busy picking over my manuscript. Meanwhile J is very industrious in his garden and has a particular knack with Lupins, evidence would suggest!
