Puzzled

Ali, the boss (also a good friend), wrapped up her whistlestop visit to Maputo today and in trademark fashion we continued resolving work issues even as she checked in. We’d started my appraisal in the morning and it was a hugely beneficial process. Lots of the concerns and pressures that have built up without immediate colleagues to dissipate them were dispelled and it was a huge relief. Reflective appraisals are a critical part of professional development, in my opinion, and I enjoy the process.

With Ali on a plane and our deadlines more in hand, by early evening I managed to zone out. I got this puzzle book when in South Africa, but was scuppered by questions about South African TV personalities and celebrities. If anyone knows the names of these two women, please feel free to note it in the comments...
