Magic Flute

We watched the Scottish Opera production of the Magic Flute, with L., SparseRunner, his OhD student and her friend. I enjoyed the first half much more than the second, when there were moments which almost descended into pantomime. Still, overall a good production, with a good dose of humour and which captured the popular aspect really well - and I love the music anyway..
