Still chance to take a Christmas Ride

This traditional fairground ride is still outside John Lewis in Sheffield and one or two children were on-board for a ride this afternoon.

We've been shopping as my brother wanted some shirts and Colombian Coffee to take back to the US when he returns on Saturday (taking coffee back to America was the surprised reaction of the shop assistant!). I bought a jacket - not in the sale and mum bought a thinnish top using a voucher credit she had in her purse.

All followed by a late light lunch in Strada and a ride home on the tram. Andrew has now departed for the bright lights of home (London).

The sad news is that the hedgehog didn't survive (we had the phone call yesterday).
