Great Pignut and bee

A lovely morning, sun and cloud, so I went for a walk after breakfast.  Lots of flowers, insects, hoverflies and bees.  Went into Southend to do some shopping, I'd lost my sunglasses again!  Then went out to lunch with A and D to a new restaurant, start of my birthday celebrations, it was great. Birthday not until the end of the month
This afternoon I did some gardening and then my friend came round for a coffee early evening.
