Cooking up a storm

This morning we were out early and off to the Flower Farm to meet Georgia and pick up several buckets of beautiful local flowers which Margaret has transformed in to decorations for tomorrow’s wedding.

Then it was in to the kitchen for much of the rest of the day, preparing the food. Jenny created two wonderful wedding cakes and then there was cheesey puffs and sausage rolls and apple pies and tabbouleh and lamb burgers.....Rob prepared the lamb hotpot for this evening’s meal as the last of their friends will be arriving by the end of the day.

We broke for a late lunch at a local cafe, very good crab cakes and then it was back to the cooking. Here is the bride to be and mum to be, our Becky, preparing more deliciousness.
