Can I get you anything else?

It is no secret to anyone who knows me that I am a loyal Starbucks customer. I purchased this book the other day because I needed to reference it during a marketing presentation earlier in the week. I am still reading it, but its amazing how successful they were connecting with people on a personal level.

On another note, I spent much of my night searching through a dozen health care providers. I just found out yesterday mine gets cancelled tomorrow. But who says we need a national health care system, we're doing fine. cough cough....
