Flying Scotsman

Only walked about 6 miles today. Rather rainy and grey but the morning, walk was interesting because the famous train was due to pass. If you look at its tail you can see loads of people in the distance in the hills - this is where the professionals hang around with their cameras. The train arrived a couple of minutes early and was travelling surprisingly slowly on its way to Worcester, with nearly everyone on board waving to the onlookers. Most of the onlookers, including me, had been poised with cameras for about 15 minutes before it arrived. Not as much steam from the train as is usually seen but nice to see something a bit different.

Very nice pizza at the brewery for lunch with our visitors.

Incredibly tired but I had some strong Herefordshire bottled cider which put me in snoozy mode!
