Perseverance

Yesterday we tried to visit the local winery and it was closed. No worries because today we tried again and were successful. We did a tasting at the Laurita Vinyards, and followed it by a light lunch (at least when referring to the food). In fact we wound up spending the afternoon at this lovely spot in rural southern New Jersey. Its not chateauneuf du pape, but not bad. And no sign of Snooky, The Situation, or even Tony Soprano or Bruce Springsteen here.

We leave early tomorrow morning for (hopefully) the warmth and sunshine of the Cape Fear.
