Backblips

A day of catch ups.

First a catch up with Alan's support worker Ally.  She's one of the agency workers and we hadn't seen her for a while so it was lovely to see her and hear what's been happening with her.

After lunch W popped in for a visit.  Like Alan, her son has cerebral palsy and she's looking at making major adaptations to her house, so she came to see the work we've done here for Alan.  

Had a really lovely chat with her and she's gone away with lots to think about for her house adaptations.

W wasn't long gone when Ele and Kenny arrived.  They're heading back to their holiday house in Spain on Tuesday and between one thing and another this is only the second time we've managed to see them since they were last in Spain.

Ele was in her new car.  She's had minis for years but now that she's looking after Esme two days a week she needed something more practical so has bought a VW T-Roc. Being a gran is proving rather expensive!  She's very happy with it though and so she should.  It's lovely.

We had a rather lazy evening, with dinner and chat.  It was lovely to catch up.

Just before we headed to bed I realised I hadn't taken any photos so it's an EFB of one of the roses in the flowers W brought.
