It’s still beyond me how my baby is 40! We all got together for a fabulous family meal to celebrate with Daniel. The Indian restaurant was amazing, not your standard cooking, but all freshly home cooked Punjabi.

Many years ago we fostered an Indian girl for four years. She taught me this style of cooking although it is rare these days for me to spend time cooking at all. I told the host that The dhall was divine, just like I made at home, albeit it not often. He offered me a job! Apparently it’s a finite art getting the spices just right!

I have put some extras today.
