Rocket Man, burning down the streets....

What a lovely day today, we both went to a yoga workshop for 3 hours this morning, using balls to open up the pelvis. Not the easiest or most comfortable but quite funny listening to the teacher trying to be polite about where to put your ball!

Had lunch in town then took the dogs for a walk before going to Southampton to eat dinner and watch 'Rocket Man' the Elton John biopic. One of the most emotional films I've ever seen, it was totally enthralling and I'd recommend it to anyone.
